We are seeking a full-time Customer Service/Admin Assistant for our Pleasanton office. The positions will include heavy vendor and customer interaction via telephone and email. Candidate needs to work well in a very fast paced team environment. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

Working knowledge of PC software, Outlook and Internet. Must have strong working knowledge of Excel. Have capability to clearly communicate with customers, co-workers and sales staff verbally and via email.
