HVAC Mechanic

Seeking a candidate to be responsible for: repairing and maintaining heating system, A/C systems, and ventilating systems; and monitoring/diagnosing the operation of systems through the use of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Automated System (BAS) in County buildings. Requirements: Possession of: 1) a Universal CFC Recovery License; and 2) HVAC Mechanic Journeyman's license from Virginia, Maryland or DC. Experience in operating automated building systems by Siemens and Trane, experience servicing boilers, and experience maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment.
