You will regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters, and pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. You will ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish while maintaining food logs. You will monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared, and communicate assistance when needed. You will inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials and inform staff of unavailable items. You will ensure the quality of the food items and prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards, and food preparation checklist.
