As our Sterling Site Manager,

You Will Be Reporting To: Vice President of Business Development. This position will initially have no direct reports, however over time we anticipate growth that will include at least one individual reporting to this position. This position, as well as the direct report(s) will work in the data center cage for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Manage Direct Report.
Develop, follow up (including verifying quality of work), and coach Western Region Project Lead
Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals for direct report(s) and manage to Performance Appraisal objectives.
Manage Projects.
Manage PTI team and client onsite during projects.
Develop strong relationship with clients, anticipating needs, and uncovering new projects.
Recruit, assemble, and train teams as required. Ensure teams have the attitude, training, and logistical and material support to execute projects successfully. Follow up each team member’s quality of work, process compliance, and project documentation to ensure PTI standards met and client satisfaction achieved.
Adapt to changes quickly as they occur.
Quote and Invoice.
Participate in pre-sales meetings and lead walk-throughs to obtain accurate cost input and strengthen relationships with clients.
Negotiate requirements, cost and quote projects appropriately to balance Pinebreeze Technologies Inc. (PTI) profit and client value.
Revise Statement of Work/Work Order and Quote language, precisely specifying deliverables, to set accurate expectations in support of high client satisfaction.
Promptly communicate invoice input to Business Operations team to enable them to produce and send out invoices promptly, as required to maintain strong cash flow.
Acquire & Manage Clients and Strategic Partners. Create new relationships that transform Prospects into Clients and Strategic Partners. Maintain and strengthen existing relationships, and grow sales with existing Clients and Strategic Partners.
Champion Corporate Culture. Personify, guard and strengthen the corporate culture.


College degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Language Ability

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

Math Ability

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project; SQL; AutoCAD preferred but not required.

Relationship Management Ability

Problem solving, difficult situation/political, adversarial relations.

Certificates and Licenses

PMP preferred, but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Working hours include some weekends, nights, holidays and days extending past 8 hours.

Position requires extensive travel (as much as 80%), and last minute changes are common. Advanced notification of travel can vary from weeks to hours.
