As one of our core Data Center Project Leads,
You Will Be Reporting To: Director of Professional Services. This position is a part of a team of Project Leads who rotate the responsibilities of being lead on a project and, alternatively, participating as a team member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Develop strong relationship with clients, anticipating needs, and uncovering new projects.
Negotiate requirements, quote projects, and price appropriately to balance Pinebreeze Technologies Inc. (PTI) profit and client value.
Recruit, assemble, and train teams as required. Follow up each team member’s quality of work to ensure a high level of performance.
Manage PTI team and client onsite during projects.
Participate in physical project activities, primarily the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and related equipment in a data center.
Follow up with clients to assure high level of satisfaction.
Seek opportunities to grow existing projects and engage in new ones.
Document project activities.
Review on-going processes for improvements – both from procedural and cost-management perspectives.
Other duties, as business needs require
Prefer four-year college and two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pinebreeze will supplement your experience and training with additional training in data center best practices, ITIL standards, and Pinebreeze processes.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public both orally and in writing.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, geometry, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Project.
Conscientious in producing high-quality work and attending to detail; excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines
Ability to deal with pressure and maintain a consistently positive and pleasant attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both technical and non-technical users
