American Income Life is holding interviews for full time and part time Customer Service orientated positions!
Servicing the state of Arizona by delivering supplemental benefits to our Teachers, Firefighters, Police Officers, Nurses, and other union based organizations and Associations.
We also provide additional benefits to our members through our Child Safe and Health Discount Card programs.
Training is provided. We are looking to build up a strong team. “Better to be on the wave, instead of in front of or behind it.”
We are looking for:
Entry/Senior Level Benefit Specialist
Entry/Senior Level Management
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service experience is preferred but NOT required
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to read spread sheets
Must adhere to ALL company regulations and ethics.
Help facilitate benefits to Union Members and affiliates
Determine eligibility for new Members
Respond to service request
Provide excellent Customer Service to our Members
Help and assist with application process
