Log into your GigFish employer account. From the Employer drop down menu, click on
the Edit My Profile link. Locate the
'Upload Company Logo' field, browse for the logo file you wish to upload, click upload, then click 'Edit My Profile' at the bottom to save.
You may also email your logo to employers@gigfish.com and we'll upload it for you.
Can I edit my job once it's been posted?
Yes. Log in then go to My Account. Within the 'listed jobs' section, click on
the 'Edit' link next to the job you wish to edit.
Can other people on my team use my GigFish account to post jobs and search resumes?
Yes, you are free to share your account info with your team members; however, it is your resonsibility to make sure that your account
information doesn't end up in the wrong hands. Currently, GigFish does not have the ability to create sub accounts within a master
account. If you have several team members that need to access GigFish and post jobs, we recommend the following:
1) Create a master account and give the login information to your team members. Multiple people can be logged onto the same master account simultaneously.
When a team member posts a job, they will have the option to either choose the GigFish master account to manage the job applicants for that particular job
or, a better option in this case would be to choose to use an email address or external URL to direct the job applicants to.
2) Alternatively, since it is free to create a GigFish account, each of your team members can simply have their own account.
Can I redirect job applicants to my own website?
Yes. Within the 'Manage Applicants' drop down of the job posting form, choose the option 'Use your website'. Then enter the website address within
the URL box that you want your job applicants directed to. Using the same steps as above, you may also point job applicants to an email address.
How do I see who's applied to my job postings?
If you elected to use your GigFish account to manage your job applicants, then you will be able to view the job applicant resumes by clicking the
'View Stats' link next to the job posting. You can view all of your job postings by navigating
to the My Account page or
the Manage My Jobs page.
On the Job Stats page, none of the columns in the table have values: Username, Name, Location, Experience. Are these meant to be blank?
In some cases, yes, those fields will be blank. The reason being is that we don't force jobseekers to register or create a GigFish account
in order to apply for a job. If an unregistered jobseeker applies to your job, those fields will be blank. If a registered jobseeker applies
to your job, those fields will be populated.
How much does it cost to search the GigFish resume database?
Nada. Zilch. Nothing. It's FREE!
What is the 'Suspend' feature?
At any time during the 60 day job posting period, you are allowed to temporarily 'suspend' your job posting making it no longer searchable for job seekers.
Our 'suspend' function stops the 60 day job posting clock from ticking. This is a very useful feature if you've received several resumes and want to put
the posting on hold while you review your job applicants. Once you are ready for your job posting to be searchable again, simply click the 'activate' link
next to the suspended job.
I forgot my login information. How do I retrieve my login/password?
Click Here and enter either your username or email address. Your login information including
your password will be emailed to you.
How do I change my password?
Log into your GigFish account. Click the Edit My Profile link from the navigation
menu and type in a new password in the password field, confirm it, then click 'Edit' at the bottom of the page.
